The PMG Asturias facility was an innovative concept designed to produce high-volume components while meeting strict quality requirements. This facility is specialized in one-piece flow manufacturing of synchronizer hubs and sliding sleeves for double clutch as well as manual transmissions and helped to elevate the PMG Group to a world leadership position in manufacturing powder metal parts used in synchronization.

PMG Constantí specializes in PTFE piston banding solutions and can provide either the PTFE discs or the full banding service for both internal and external customers. The combination of PTFE processing know-how and the ability to test the final product in our Business Unit R&D facilities offers a unique opportunity for value generation beyond the mere supply of components or process subcontracting.

The newest plant in the PMG family, PMG Brasov, started manufacturing in July 2017. Initially, our colleagues at the site produced high serial volumes for existing PMG customers. However, the site is also intended to leverage the proximity to Romanian automotive companies. PMG Brasov manufactures powder metal components such as VVT components, spur gears and synchronizer rings for the automotive industry.

PMG Pennsylvania was founded as Sinterstahl Corporation in December 2002 and established a greenfield facility formally inaugurated in October 2003. The business serves as PMG's North American location for the development and manufacture of PM automotive shock absorber components. Housed in a 7,500 sqm facility, the operation possesses a specialized manufacturing range for primary and secondary PM shock absorber components and serves as a perfect example of PMG's commitment to focused product manufacturing.

Since its establishment in 1987, the Columbus, Indiana production site has developed continuously. Specialized in powertrain components, PMG Indiana produces tailored solutions for its customers which set standards in terms of quality and cost efficiency. Today, the plant serves powertrain customers all over North America and drives technology development in its own R&D Center.

PMG Shanghai was established in September 2004 to deliver locally produced solutions for the up-and-coming Chinese automotive market. Focusing on customer needs, PMG has been continuously investing in the site. The first PM SSL automated production line in China, customer recognitions and awards are good indicators for its pioneering development.

PMG Holding holds the shares in the subsidiaries and manages them strategically. Management tasks include strategy for the group and the individual companies, structuring of the company into Business Units, defining strategic business areas, strategic alignment, filling management positions and monitoring the flow of capital within the group. Performance and financial processes are realized in the subsidiaries, the basic operating units of the group. The aim of PMG Holding is to utilize synergy effects between the subsidiaries. Thus, its main role is functional leadership for global IT, Marketing, Process Design, Quality System Management and Sales for the whole group, ensuring that the Business Units' activities harmonize as "one company", achieve certain synergies and follow function systems and guidelines.
