Zentrale Steuerung von Projekten im Rahmen des Projektmanagement Office (PMO) zur kontinuierlichen Performancesteigerung in allen Unternehmensbereichen Identifikation und Bewertung von Verbesserungspotentialen z.B. mittels Workshops mit den Unternehmensbereichen.
Nachverfolgung von Projektfortschritten und Effektrealisierung und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmensbereichen und dem Top-Management.
Erstellen von Regelreportings und die Moderation von Regelterminen.
