The competition never rests Our competition’s goal is to be preferred by the customer
Our people do not make mistakes on purpose We must search for the causes of the problems and not look for the guilty party. This principle is based on the fact that the people in the organization deserve to be trusted.
We earn our trustworthiness showing integrity and competence
Integrity is needed to earn the trust at personal level and the competence is needed to earn it at the professional level. Assuming the integrity is a an existing features of the individual, PMG Polmetasa will provide training and resources to its employees in order to improve their competence.
