| Function: |
- Conducts product development projects including product design
- Process development and product testing
- Oversees prototype manufacturing
- Provides manufacturing support to production teams, including problem solving and training
- Communicates with customers to determine product requirements, recommend solutions and resolve manufacturing problems

| Requirements: |
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Metallurgy from a four-year college or university
- 5 Years related experience and / or training in Powder Metallurgy
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: Automotive manufacturing, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), CAD, tooling design, design of CNC press compaction kinematics
