Opening ceremony for new production line
With an opening ceremony in its new production hall in Reutte/Austria, PMG Asturias Powder Metal S.A.U. has officially commissioned its new production line for planetary carriers. The fully automated production line will generate annual sales of approximately 5.6 million euros.

Changes in the Executive Board
Mr. Masafumi Koga, after his turn as President of the PMG Group, retired effective June 12th. Dr. Michael Krehl, so far Executive Vice President of the PMG Group, and Mr. Takeshi Itaba, so far Executive Officer and Vice President at Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, were named co-Presidents of the PMG Group.

PMG Group builds new plant in China
Shanghai Fengpu Industrial Park, China, 24 April 2008 – PMG Group builds a new plant in Shanghai to fulfill huge customer demand for locally manufactured PM products. The company foundation took place on April 23, 2008 at the Shanghai Fengpu Industrial Park in the presence of the Provincial Minister. Mass production is scheduled to start by years end.
