On June 1, 2006, Dr. Alois Huber was appointed Managing Director of the automotive supplier PMG Füssen GmbH, part of the globally active PMG Group.

Dr. Huber holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and worked previously at the automotive supplier Grupo Antolin.

The previous Managing Directors, Dr. Michael Krehl and Mr. Holger Steinweg, will concentrate on their functions as Executive Directors of PMG Holding, S.A., founded on December 1, 2005.

Dr. Krehl will stay connected to PMG Füssen GmbH in his function as Chairman of the Board.

The PMG Group is a globally active automotive supplier with eleven manufacturing plants in six countries employing 2500 people. PMG is a merger of the powder metal activities of the Austrian Plansee Group and the Japanese Mitsubishi Materials Corporation. The Group is managed by Masafumi Koga, Dr. Michael Krehl, Holger Steinweg and Yoshiyasu Iino.
