The PMG Group is a joint venture of the Plansee Group and  Mitsubishi Materials Corporation.   
Both companies merged their relevant business activities in the field of powder metallurgical (PM) products under a holding company based in Luxembourg. The Plansee Group and Mitsubishi Materials Corporation hold each a 50 percent equity share in this joint venture.
