We would like to inform you about a change in the PMG Group organization.

On December 1st, 2009, the shareholder structure of PMG S.A. will be altered. From that date forward, PMG with subsidiaries in four countries will be wholly owned by Plansee AG. The manufacturing sites will be Germany (Füssen), Spain (Mondragón and Mieres), USA (Philipsburg und Columbus), and China (Shanghai). The corporate name and the registered office locations of the PMG companies remain unchanged. The activities of PMG in Japan and Malaysia will be integrated into Mitsubishi Materials Corporation.

PMG will concentrate its efforts on market development for mid and long term growth in Europe (CEE and Russia), the NAFTA-region, as well as China.

The business activities and contracts with the aforementioned PMG companies and your company remain unchanged. A close cooperation and IP collaboration with former PMG Japan will ensure the availability of the full intellectual property portfolio. PMG Group as a global automotive supplier with technical expertise and customer oriented service worldwide, continues to strive to provide the following for our customers:

• Powder metal structural components and systems for engine, transmission, and chassis applications
• Development of innovative technologies for the automobile of the future, i.e. DensiForm®
• Worldwide close connections to our customers through our technical sales organization and our local production sites
