We are proud of our business culture. In 1997 the employees and the general management of PMG Füssen GmbH developed the code of conduct and the objectives. These are still in use.
Bilateral trust is the basis for work relationships. Relationships based on trust help to create understanding and motivate employees. Everyone employee is expected to follow our Guidelines.
Our Commitments help to create a common understanding of leadership. Leadership requires bilateral trust. Application of these objectives will contribute to a trusting relationship.
