Purpose and basis of the data processing
We process personal data of our employees, customers or suppliers. Personal data may be, for example, name, address, telephone, and e-mail address. Your personal data will not be used without your consent.
Employee data is processed for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship and all duties and obligations related to the employment contract. We process employee data only to the extent required by law and exclusively for the stated purpose. The data are collected from the data subject.
The data of customers and suppliers are processed for the provision of the requested service, for the execution of the contract and technical administration, as well as for the fulfillment of all obligations and duties related to the contract and the requested service. We process customer data only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose. Data are collected from the data subject.
We may process personal data of candidates in the context of application procedures. The data are collected from the data subject or may be collected from external partners who specialize in recruitment.


Disclosure of personal data
Personal data may only be transferred to our subsidiaries or affiliated companies, including outside the European Union. The PMG group of companies and each of its affiliated companies has a legitimate interest in the transfer of personal data within the group of companies for internal administrative or organizational purposes, including the processing of personal data of applicants, customers, suppliers or employees. Personal data is transferred to government bodies or authorities if there is a legal obligation or a court order is required.


Duration of data retention
Any data provided will be kept for as long as the business purposes or legal relationship is maintained or for the time necessary to fulfill any legal obligations.
Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent, if the data is no longer requested to fulfill the original purpose of collection, or if storage is inadmissible.

PMG shall handle data only in a legal, transparent and permitted manner.

To exercise these rights, you may send a written request to the responsible entity along with a copy of an official document proving your identity. You may also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

As part of our online meetings using Microsoft Teams, we process the following personal data:
Communication data (e.g., your email address), log files, protocol data, metadata (e.g., IP address, time of participation, etc.), profile data (e.g., your username, if you provide it voluntarily)


Order Processing
We have concluded an Order Processing Contract (OPC) for the use of the abovementioned service. This is an agreement mandated by data privacy protection legislation that warrants that it processes all personal data of our website visitors exclusively in compliance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.


Data collected when visiting our website
Data will only be collected, processed and/or used if you provide us with this information voluntarily, for example when making an inquiry to us. Every time our website as well as data and files are accessed it is logged. This is for internal system-related and statistical purposes only. Our website is used to provide information and to answer our customers' and interested parties' inquiries as well as for contract processing and technical administration.
