Code of Conduct

Our Guiding Principles

 

PMG Group respects applicable law, including international law, and requires its employees and business partners to do the same. The Code of Conduct embodies PMG’s commitment to compliance with all applicable laws. The Code of Conduct sets forth six principles that are of particular significance for the conduct of PMG operations in accordance with applicable law and company rules. The six principles are all equally important, and are as follows:

 

  1. Fair competition
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of fair competition and to the strict observance of applicable antitrust and competition laws.
    The provisions of all national and international foreign trade laws must be observed.
  2. Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of Integrity in business dealings and keeping corporate and personal interests separate.
    Corruption will not be tolerated within PMG.
  3. Principle of sustainability
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of Health & Safety and Environmental Protection.
    It is our duty to our colleagues, their families and their communities to safeguard the health and safety of every employee, therefore every must comply with the laws and internal regulations on facilities, work safety and environmental protection.
  4. Protecting intellectual property rights and respecting the company assets.
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of protecting our Intellectual property rights and respecting those of others.
    PMG is absolutely committed to protecting its valuable assets.
  5. Fair and respectful working conditions
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of fair and respectful working conditions.
    Mistreatment or disrespectful conduct by any PMG employee or representative will not be tolerated.
  6. Data Protection
    PMG is absolutely committed to the principle of protection of all personal data from any kind of abuse.
