Indiana plant (US) starts its operations.

Polmetasa (Spain) is acquired.

Sinterstahl Asturias (Spain) is built.

Plansee becomes the sole shareholder.

Sinterstahl Pennsylvania (US) is built.

Joint Venture with Diamet, the PM branch of Mitsubishi Material Corp., named PMG.

PMG Asturias Reutte (Austria) established.

Plansee keeps all of PMG`s western activities and China.

December 15th, 2011, VVG acquires the PMG Group
