Global Quality Policy

PMG is a global group of companies that utilizes the vast resources available from all its facilities. To guarantee a high quality of our products and processes, each company has implemented a quality management system according to ISO TS 16949.

 

Management ensures their effectiveness by living and practicing the following statements:

  • Provide our customer with products and services that exceed their expectations at all levels, present and future.
  • Build a good working relationship with our customers and suppliers that instill trust and cooperation to foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a robust supplier development program to insure conformance to all PMG quality requirements.
  • Define, review and act on internal and external quality measurables as maintained in PMG’s Key Quality Indicators.
  • Involve all of our employees, through proper training, and provide them with the tools and opportunity to serve as a functional part of the quality improvement mechanism.
  • Provide a safe environment for our employees.
  • Act responsibly in regards to the environment.

The proper functioning of the QM systems is being reviewed by the group management through internal audits and periodic reports on the results. The full implementation of the PMG quality initiative serves as a primary method of enhancing the value to our shareholders to assure their continued support in the highly competitive automotive marketplace.
